「CircleMap」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲でのみ情報を取り扱います。 本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の利用目的と取り扱い方法を説明します。 "CircleMap" (the "App") respects user privacy and handles information only as necessary to provide the App's features. This policy explains what information is used and how it is handled.

1. 取得または利用する情報 / Information We Access or Use
本アプリは、利用者が許可した場合に限り、端末の位置情報を利用します。位置情報は、現在地の表示や現在地を中心にしたピン・円の作成のために使用されます。
The App uses device location information only when the user grants permission. Location information is used to show the current location and to create pins or circles around it.
また、利用者が作成したピン、円、半径、色、メモ、地図表示設定などの情報を端末内に保存します。
The App also stores user-created pins, circles, radii, colors, notes, and map display settings on the device.
2. 利用目的 / Purpose of Use
本アプリで扱う情報は、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。
Information handled by the App is used only for the following purposes:
- 現在地を地図上に表示するため / To show the current location on the map
- ピンと半径円を作成、表示、編集、削除するため / To create, display, edit, and delete pins and radius circles
- 場所、住所、施設名の検索結果を地図上に表示するため / To display place, address, and facility search results on the map
- 地図モードや表示設定を保持するため / To keep map mode and display preferences
3. 情報の保存と処理 / Storage and Processing
利用者が作成したピンと円の情報は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。本アプリは、これらの情報を開発者の外部サーバーへ送信しません。
Pins and circles created by the user are stored on the user's device. The App does not send this information to the developer's external servers.
4. 場所検索と地図サービス / Place Search and Map Services
本アプリは、地図表示、現在地表示、場所検索などのために Apple の MapKit、Core Location、関連する地図サービスを利用します。 これらのサービスの利用に伴う情報の取り扱いは、Apple のプライバシーポリシーおよび関連規約に従います。
The App uses Apple's MapKit, Core Location, and related map services for map display, current location, and place search. Information handled by these services is subject to Apple's privacy policy and related terms.
5. 第三者提供 / Third-Party Sharing
本アプリは、利用者が作成したピン、円、位置に関する情報を第三者へ販売、共有、提供しません。
The App does not sell, share, or provide user-created pins, circles, or location-related information to third parties.
6. 解析ツール・広告SDK / Analytics and Advertising SDKs
本アプリは、利用者の行動追跡を目的とした広告SDKや、トラッキング目的の外部解析サービスを使用しません。
The App does not use advertising SDKs for behavioral tracking or external analytics services for tracking purposes.
7. 権限の管理 / Permission Control
位置情報へのアクセス権限は、iPhone の設定画面からいつでも変更または取り消すことができます。 権限を許可しない場合、現在地表示など一部機能は利用できません。
Location access can be changed or revoked at any time in iPhone Settings. If permission is not granted, some features such as current location display may not be available.
8. 子どもの個人情報 / Children's Privacy
本アプリは、意図的に子どもの個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。
The App is not intended to intentionally collect children's personal information.
9. ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy
本ポリシーは、法令やアプリ仕様の変更に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ配布ページまたは本ページ上で告知します。
This policy may be updated in response to legal requirements or changes to the App. Material changes will be announced on the app listing page or this page.
