プライバシーポリシー Privacy Policy
「FitResultImporter」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、 リザルト画像の読み取りとヘルスケア登録に必要な範囲でのみ情報を取り扱います。 "FitResultImporter" (the "App") respects user privacy and handles information only as needed to import result screens and save workouts to Apple Health.

1. 取得またはアクセスする情報 / Information We Access
本アプリは、利用者が許可または選択した場合に限り、以下の情報へアクセスします。
The App accesses the following information only when permitted or selected by the user.
- カメラで撮影したリザルト画像 / Result images captured with the camera
- 利用者が写真ライブラリから選択した画像 / Images selected from the photo library
- HealthKitのワークアウト情報とアクティブエネルギー情報 / HealthKit workout and active energy information
- アプリ内の登録履歴、ゲーム名、手修正した値 / Local import history, game titles, and edited values
2. 利用目的 / Purpose of Use
取得またはアクセスした情報は、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。
Information is used only for the following purposes:
- リザルト画像から運動時間と消費カロリーを読み取るため / To read duration and active calories from result images
- 読み取り結果を利用者が確認・修正できるようにするため / To let users review and edit detected values
- 確認済みの内容をAppleヘルスケアへワークアウトとして保存するため / To save confirmed values as workouts in Apple Health
- 重複登録を確認し、アプリ内の登録履歴を表示するため / To check duplicates and show local import history
3. 解析と保存 / Analysis and Storage
本アプリは、Vision OCRおよびオンデバイス解析により、端末内でリザルト画像を処理します。 v1のアプリは、解析目的で画像、OCR結果、HealthKitデータを開発者の外部サーバーへ送信しません。
The App processes result images on device using Vision OCR and on-device analysis. The v1 app does not send images, OCR results, or HealthKit data to the developer's external servers for analysis.
アプリ内の登録履歴は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。HealthKitへ保存したワークアウトは、Appleヘルスケアの管理下に保存されます。
Import history is stored on the user's device. Workouts saved to HealthKit are stored under Apple Health's control.
4. HealthKitの取り扱い / HealthKit Handling
本アプリは、利用者が確認した運動時間と消費カロリーをHealthKitへワークアウトとして保存します。 また、重複確認のために既存のワークアウト情報を参照する場合があります。
The App saves user-confirmed duration and active calories to HealthKit as workouts. It may also read existing workout information to check for duplicates.
HealthKitから取得した情報は、本アプリの機能提供のためにのみ利用し、広告、マーケティング、第三者提供には使用しません。
HealthKit information is used only to provide App functionality and is not used for advertising, marketing, or third-party sharing.
5. 第三者提供 / Third-Party Sharing
本アプリは、取得した画像、解析結果、HealthKit情報、登録履歴を第三者へ販売、共有、提供しません。
The App does not sell, share, or provide captured images, analysis results, HealthKit information, or import history to third parties.
6. 解析ツール・広告SDK / Analytics and Advertising SDKs
本アプリは、利用者の行動追跡を目的とした広告SDKや、トラッキング目的の外部解析サービスを使用しません。
The App does not use advertising SDKs for behavioral tracking or external analytics services for tracking purposes.
7. 権限の管理 / Permission Control
カメラ、写真、HealthKitへのアクセス権限は、iPhoneの設定画面またはヘルスケアアプリからいつでも変更または取り消すことができます。 権限を許可しない場合、本アプリの一部機能は利用できません。
Camera, Photos, and HealthKit permissions can be changed or revoked at any time in iPhone Settings or the Health app. If permission is not granted, some features of the App will not be available.
8. 子どもの個人情報 / Children's Privacy
本アプリは、年齢を問わず利用できますが、意図的に子どもの個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。
The App may be used by people of any age, but it is not intended to intentionally collect children's personal information.
9. ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy
本ポリシーは、法令やアプリ仕様の変更に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ配布ページまたは本ページ上で告知します。
This policy may be updated in response to legal requirements or App changes. Material changes will be announced on the app listing page or this page.
